The basic rules for ride requests, confirmation, and payment.

Ride requests and confirmation
Submitting a request temporarily reserves a scheduling window but does not guarantee service. A ride becomes confirmed only when its private booking page shows “Confirmed” or the operator confirms it directly.
Fares and quotes
Fares are based on the trip details you provide. Airport trips from Halifax Stanfield to downtown Halifax or downtown Dartmouth have a fixed one-way fare. For drop-offs outside downtown, and for all other trips, the operator confirms the fare after review. If you change the trip before paying, for example with extra stops or a different destination, the operator may update the quote, and you always see the amount before you pay.
Payments
No payment is taken when a request is submitted. After the operator reviews the trip and confirms the fare, you pay the full fare online through your private booking link. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details are not stored by this website. You are charged only the fare shown on your booking page. A successful payment does not override a rejected or unsafe booking.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel at any time by contacting the operator. Cancelling before you pay costs nothing. If you cancel after paying, or do not show up for the pickup, the amount you paid is refunded minus a cancellation fee of 4% of that amount, which covers the card processing cost. For example, on a $50.00 fare you receive $48.00. If the operator cancels or cannot provide the trip, you receive a full refund with no fee. Refunds are returned to the card used for payment; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
Changes and delays
Contact the operator as early as possible to change a trip. Traffic, severe weather, road closures, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may cause delay.
Safety and conduct
Passengers must follow applicable seat-belt and child-restraint requirements. Service may be refused where a trip would be illegal, unsafe, abusive, or materially different from the request.
Lost property
Contact the operator as soon as possible about items left in the vehicle. The operator will make reasonable efforts to return them but is not responsible for items left behind.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for delays, missed flights, or missed connections caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, or flight changes. Please allow reasonable extra time for flights and other fixed departures. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nova Scotia consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms shown when you submit a request apply to that booking. They are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada.
